OUR HEALING HANDS offers therapeutic massage in the Richmond Hill/ Savannah, GA area in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, Tui Na and Reflexology.  We specialize in holistic healing as our massage treatments are performed in conjunction with Reiki and aromatherapy. These modalities are used to facilitate a very deep level of healing for the client.

Our treatments are effective, yet respectful of the client's personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and energizing for both the client and the provider. We are mindful of the overall experience - using quality oils and lotions, appropriate scents, and soothing music.

Our goal is to assist our clients in attaining optimal health via the body’s ability to naturally heal itself.

Massage offers clients increased blood flow and movement of lymph, maximizing the supply of nutrients and oxygen; improves range of motion and muscle flexibility; reduces muscle tension and stiffness; relieves muscle spasms; relieves stress; promotes deeper/easier breathing; relieves headaches; reduces pain and swelling related to soft tissue injuries and sprained ligaments; reduces formation of scar tissue; increases awareness of the mind-body connection.

Reiki  is a powerful relaxation and healing technique that reduces tension and relieves stress.  It induces a meditative state while infusing the patient with life force energy.  Reiki is a hands-on healing modality which helps the client relax and moves the energy through the body, helping to establish homeostasis.

Reflexology is a scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all body parts. The physical act of applying specific pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques result in stress reduction which causes a physiological change in the body.

Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being.  Essential oils, the pure essence of a plant, have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely.
